SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available yet.

SHIPPING COSTS
• Orders $50 and above: FREE standard US shipping
• Orders under $50: $5.95 standard US shipping

DELIVERY TIME
• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Transit: 6–10 business days
• Total estimated delivery: 7–12 business days from the day you order
Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be located outside the US. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show updates.

ORDER ISSUES
• Wrong address? Email support@majerix.com as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
• Lost or stuck package? If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us and we'll reship or refund.
• Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package can't be delivered because the address provided was incorrect, we'll contact you. Reshipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility.
