Is the flame real?

No — it's LED light shining through cool mist to create a flame effect. Nothing gets hot.

How long does one fill last?

The 180ml tank gives you around 6 hours of continuous mist.

Which oils should I start with?

For evenings, Lavender, Sandalwood or Vanilla are popular picks. For mornings, try Sweet Orange or Eucalyptus.

Is it noisy?

It's quiet — under 36 dB, about the level of a soft whisper.

Is it safe to leave on?

It turns off automatically when the water runs low. Place it on a flat, stable surface and clean the tank regularly.

What if I don't love it?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging — see our Refund Policy for details, or email support@majerix.com.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually arrive in 7–12 business days, with tracking sent by email. Shipping is free on US orders over $50.

Can I use my own essential oils?

Yes — any essential oil made for diffusers works.
